About the activity / tour with details Goa is known for its beautiful beaches. How about soaking in the sun on these beautiful beaches and do some adventure. The Other Side of Goa will take you to the less explored beaches in the south, away from the hush bush of Calangute and Baga and show you the other side of Goa while focusing on some fun adventure and fitness activities like cardio, strength, core training, yoga, hiking and much more. You will be back with a ripped off body and a sense of achievement!

Day 1: Thursday, 24th May:
Reach Rasa Retreat resort by 12 PM. Enjoy the delicious lunch at 1 PM and take some rest. Regroup at 4 PM for an orientation. Orientation will cover the entire 4 days plan including do's and don'ts. Straight to the beach at 5 PM for the first workout of the camp. The workout will start from stretches, strength training and end with a beach meditation. Time for dinner at 8.30 PM followed by a campfire. End of the day.
Day 2: Friday, 25th May:
Get up early morning at 6 AM for a strength and cardio training followed by a breakfast at 8.30 AM. Get freshen up, take packed lunches and ride on the bicycles at 9.30 AM. Reach Majorda beach (14 KM) by 11 AM. Time for some water sports! We eat our packed lunch by at 1 PM at Majorda and start the backward journey at 1.30 PM. We cycle for 4 kms to reach Colva beach by 2 PM. Just soak yourself in the sun on this beautiful beach. Start at 2.30 PM from Colva and ride on the beach for a strech of 2.5 KMs to Benaulim by 3 PM. Ride down one hour for another 7.5 KMs from Benaulim and we are back to the resort by 4 PM. We take rest after some good cycling at the resort and enjoy the hospitality. Back to the beach at 6 PM. Do some much required stretches and yoga post the strength training. The session ends at 7 PM. Time to relax and enjoy the evening at the beach or at the resort. Dinner will be served at 8.30 PM. We do a campfire and go early to bed after a tiring day.
Day 3: Saturday, 26th May:
We get up early at 6, take the motorbikes and go to Cabo De Rama for a small early morning trek. Reach Cabo De Rama at 7 AM, do hiking and see around the fort and it's stunning views. Leave from Cabo De Rama at 8 AM and come back to resort by 9 AM. Eat breakfast and get ready by 10 AM with our packed lunch. We ride down 11 KM south and go to Mobor beach at 11 AM. We are all set for the Beach Olympics! We play some fun beach games and the winners get a hamper! We leave at 12.30 to reach Cavelossim beach at 1 PM. Eat our packed lunch, relax and do some sun bathing. We start our backward journey to Varca 2 PM, ride for 45 mins and 8.2 KMs to reach back to the resort by 3 PM. Take a good rest or just dive into the pool. Regather at 5 PM for yet another strength training session followed by beach football. The session ends at 7 PM with a meditation at the beach. Just chillout in the evening and enjoy the beautiful evening. Dinner will be served at 8.30 PM. The day ends with some fun at the campfire. Go to bed by 10 PM and take a good sleep for The Day!
Day 4: Sunday, 27th May:
The Day! Get ready for the Superhuman Challenge on a 25 KM long Varca beach to test all the hardwork you have done for 3 days and before that! The challenge starts at 7 AM. We do not wish to disclose the challenge right now and keep it as a surprise element! The challenge will test your patience, physical and mental strength. And you will love the feeling you will get at the end of it! We eat the much required breakfast at 10 AM post the challenge along with the medal distribution ceremony and chillout at the resort. Celebration party of the Suparhuman Challenge during the lunch at 1 PM (there's a surprise here!). Checkout after the lunch and transfer to Airport/Railway station with some memorable memories and awesome satisfaction!

Exclusions: Travel to/from the starting point, water sports activity expenses, any other expenses that do not come under training, stay and included meals.
Drink a lot of water to avoid dehydration during the camp.
Train yourself everyday as per the guidelines to have a fun time during the camp.
Things to Carry – Track pants/shorts, t-shirts, sports shoes, socks, sunscreen lotion, cap, sunglasses, medicines that you take regularly, photo id proof, registration form, fitness/medical certificate.
